The compact Rover Block brings prep, carving, and serving wherever you need it, from counter to grill, table to lounge — sized to slip into tighter kitchens and smaller patios without giving up function. Built on a clean aluminum frame with an integrated teak platform shelf, it rolls on smooth casters and sets up in minutes from a 7-piece, easy-assembly structure. At its center sits a dedicated home for your TEAKHAUS board: the included reversible block (SKU 109, 20 x 15 x 1.5 in) flips between a smooth prep surface and a deep juice groove, making one versatile station for carving, displaying, and serving.

Care: Pre-oiled and ready to use. Hand wash board, towel dry. Apply mineral oil 2–3 times per month. Wipe aluminum frame with a damp cloth.

READY TO USE: Our boards are pre-oiled and ready to use! Before first use, wash, rinse, and dry with a kitchen towel. We use a mixture of mineral oil and natural beeswax to coat. However, we recommend you apply Teakhaus oil or food grade mineral oil regularly at least two or three times a month to maintain your board in perfect condition!
