Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for products bought directly from teakhaus.com. Items purchased from Amazon, Walmart or other retailers must be returned through that retailer.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with all labels. Returns that are used, damaged or missing labels may be refused.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked final sale
- Items purchased with a promotional code
- e-Gift cards
Sale prices are available for a limited time, and we do not offer price adjustments on past orders.
How to start a return
Email customercare@teakhaus.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send you a prepaid return label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unannounced returns cannot be processed.
Return fee
A return fee is deducted from your refund to cover part of the prepaid label, because our products are heavy and costly to ship:
- 48 contiguous states: $14.99
- Alaska and Hawaii: $19.99
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
If you have not received your refund after that time, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact customercare@teakhaus.com.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, email customercare@teakhaus.com within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules and return fee as refunds.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, email customercare@teakhaus.com with photos as soon as possible and we will send a replacement. No return fee applies.
