Summary

Three boards, every task covered. The small board handles quick jobs slicing fruit, cutting cheese, prepping snacks. The medium is your everyday workhorse for sandwiches, vegetables, and light meal prep. The large board takes on full recipes with a juice canal on one side for carving and a flat reverse for chopping. All three are ultra-thin at just over half an inch, making them easy to wash, store, and carry. Teak's natural oils resist moisture and odors, so each board stays fresh between uses.

Sustainably sourced from FSC®-certified teak forests. Zero-waste production.

Care: Pre-oiled and ready to use. Hand wash, towel dry. Apply mineral oil 2–3 times per month.

Essential trio set of three rectangular sustainable teakwood cutting boards in small, medium, and large sizes.

No complaints thus far

Really nice cutting boards. I didn’t have any issues at all. The build quality feels solid and the teak wood looks great. Not sure what the complaints in the comments were about. Solid, hefty, and I like the options with the sizes. Would recommend.

Beautiful, durable, and a good value

I’ve tried every type of cutting board (wood, plastic, silicone, Epicurean, etc) but after a lot of trial and error and considering the pros/cons, I’m back to wood. Wanted a durable board but not too heavy, too thick, or too expensive. This set meets all the criteria. Beautiful set with three sizes. The largest size has juice grooves. The boards are stable on the countertop and the knife doesn’t generate loud chopping noises like with plastic or Epicurean.I felt like the wood could have been a little smoother but I suspect it will improve with time. I washed the boards and applied Walrus Oil (cutting board oil) just to protect the boards and bring out the colors. After a lot of chopping and dicing, there are some knife marks, as to be expected, but only viewable very close up.I would definitely buy again.

Beautifully made set of three graduated sized teak cutting boards

This is beautifully made set of three teak cutting boards, in graduating sizes. The largest has a groove to catch juices, on one side, and the other two are just flat on both sides. The wood is beautifully finished and smooth. I'm sure these will be very useful in my kitchen, for food prep and for serving, as they display beautifully.

Really disappointing quality

Really disappointed in the quality of these cutting boards. They came in a set and the small one had a corner that was visibly sanded flat. They were made with green teak, not fully dried wood. While it can still be used to make things, not fully drying the wood means it is softer and will pick up more knife cuts in the fibers, has green and yellow pieces that don’t match to pieces of darker teak, and could later warp. It also means that during their sanding process it left the board with grainy end fibers that stand up like hairs after washing the cutting boards. I reached out to the seller and they blew me off saying it just needs oil. Yes, all wood cutting boards do. I’ll sand it down after it ages a bit, but know what you’re in for.

Excellent cutting boards. We were looking for a smaller one, and the set of 3 was a good deal on sale. All 3 are well made and light enough weight for every day use, but not cheaply made. Great deal for 3 on sale!

Thought they would last longer

We bought these at the end of February and have been using them almost daily since (5 weeks). Although they look nice and are affordable, the middle-sized board has already warped and split on two seams. We always hand-washed and dried them - never in the dishwasher - and have oiled them once. For $79, I expected them to at least last me a year. Disappointed to say the least.

Wood splintered within a week of use.

Used for a week and the wood is already splintering. Extremely poor quality.

Beautiful and safe

I am trying to remove microplastic exposure and replaced all of my cutting boards for health reasons. I was so happy to have these beautiful boards in my house. They are too gorgeous to hide in a drawer.

Good customer service.

Nice boards.Had a problem with the large board having a crack. Went to customer support web site and reported it. The board was quickly replaced. No issues with customer service. Would purchase more products from them without worries about them.

Good teak cutting board set

We really like these cutting boards. We immediately oiled them with mineral spirits to protect the finish after cleaning and they have been our go-to board since, in fact we gave away our old ones. Love the juice groove to catch runoff and also love the quality look and build. The three sizes suit our needs perfectly. Also, they look good when stored in our rack, have had a couple of comments on them. For the price, compared to what we see in the store, these seem like a good deal.

It's fine, hopefully time will tell.

Light and sturdy feeling, softish wood with very noticeable raised fibers/splinters, after initial cleaning. Will see if its easy enough to handle with some secondary sanding & if the cutting scratches improve with oiling!

Great set

This is a very nice set of cutting boards. The teak wood is beautiful. When I opened them I could tell that they were just raw wood.

Sturdy and looks good

The wood looks great and has a really durable surface. My favorite part is it doesn't slide across my counter top. It did take roughly two weeks to get to me but i am really happy with the sizes and how sturdy the pieces are.

Look lovely

This is a very nice set of teak cutting boards. Arrived well packaged and safely, each one has a separate band so not sure if it was originally a set or meant to be sold separately. The largest is the only one with a juice groove. They have an unfinished feel to them so a little hesitant to use with something oily or juicy since it feels like it would saturate into the wood, I'm no wood or cutting board expert though. They seem to be quality wood though and are useful sizes. I feel they are a bit pricey ($69 at time of review) so I had to take off one star.

Smaller and Thinner than Advertised

I ordered the three cutting board set from Teakhaus. I was very interested in the size of the larger one listed by the seller. it said it was 17.13"L x 13.13"W x 2"Th. That was almost exactly the size I was looking for. My older bamboo board is getting worn and this seemed like it would be a perfect replacement. Unfortunately what they delivered was very different.Of the three boards delivered, the largest was 15.75" by 11", and all three are only 1/2 inch thick. That's a substantial difference. I'm most concerned about a half inch thick board. It's not what I prefer for heavy duty daily use. I'm not sure how the board will hold up over time. All three boards look good and seem nicely finished. The largest does have a groove around the outside to help prevent dripping onto the counter. I think they will be very nice for charcuterie boards and for other food displays. I'm not sure I'll do much cutting or chopping on them. The smaller boards are 12" by 8.125" and 13.75" by 9.5".

Teak boards, require mineral oil

Good teak cutting boards. Nice wood grain and color. They will need multiple treatments with mineral oil before you use them - the wood is thirsty / dry. After that, they are nice boards. One star removed. Update, one of the three warped after a couple of months and now rocks back and forth on the countetop when used forcutting. We have not let it soak nor put it in the dishwasher - hand wash and dry. Have applied cutting board oil every couple of months. Now it's good only as a charcuterie tray, I suppose.Have reached out to product support, will see how they respond.
