READY TO USE: Our boards are pre-oiled and ready to use! Before first use, wash, rinse, and dry with a kitchen towel. We use a mixture of mineral oil and natural beeswax to coat. However, we recommend you apply Teakhaus oil or food grade mineral oil regularly at least two or three times a month to maintain your board in perfect condition!

Really like the cutting board so far! TBD how it hold up with continued use and my frequent cooking but so far so good and it looks really nice in my kitchen.

The cutting board is quite handsome, and functions as expected. Out of the box, a piece of the board at the end, beside the handhold slot, had broken off. I glued and clamped it, and it seems to be fully repaired.
Nice quality . Looks good and the size is easy to pull out of cabinet and use it daily.

This is my fourth Teakhaus cutting board, but the first endgrain. It’s very smooth and just the perfect size to keep near my kitchen sink for ease of cutting food preps. The juice channel is wider and it thickness is just right. Looks and performs terrific.

Beautiful cutting board! It’s a great size and I like that it’s light enough that we can move it easily. We store ours in a higher cabinet, so some of the heavy ones wouldn’t work for us. I got this for my mom for Mother’s Day and she loves it!
I have to admit that my previous experience with Teakhaus traditional boards has been great. Can't say.that about the end grain line. The first 8.5 x 11 lightweight board was so warped that it would spin in circles after a light touch with my finger. I wrote in to customer service and they agreed that shouldn't
