2. Black Friday Season Discounts:
- Enjoy up to 35% OFF during the Thanksgiving season.
- The discount rate may vary on each product.
Regarding Thanksgiving, Black Weekend, Cyber Monday offers or previous seasons: Discounts or perks applied to online orders are contingent on the time and date the order is placed. Our Customer Care team carefully reviews these details when assessing an order to ensure that the active offers on teakhaus.com at that specific moment are accurately reflected. 3. Special Discounts:
- Welcome discounts received via email are not applicable to products with seasonal discounts.
- Discounts codes and store credit sent by Customer Care or other business areas expire on December 31, 2023.
4. Special Discount Codes or Discount Codes from Other Seasons:
- Discount codes are not applicable to Anfora or Artery Project products.
5. Free Items and Shipping:
- Enjoy free US shipping on orders over $129. Free shipping elegibility is calculated by the system after discounts.
- If special codes or store credit codes sent by Customer Care are applied at checkout, shipping rates may change. Please, keep in mind free shipping is only applicable when the total of the order at checkout is over $129.
6. Exclusions:
- Maintenance products do not participate in seasonal discounts.
- Replacements and refunds are not available in cases where the wrong size or model was ordered.
- Replacements and refunds are not available for the Traditional Collection if the size was misjudged (considered too large or too small).
7. Policy Update:
- We have recently updated our Warranty and Refunds Policy. Please make sure to read it.
8. Big Discount Season:
- During November, December, and January, discount rates may vary hourly.
- The discount at checkout will be based on the rate active at the exact hour of placing the order.
- Discounts automatically applied at checkout will not change in later hours or dates.

10. Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, our Customer Care team will promptly assist you through either our Chat service or via email at customercare@teakhaus.com. Please note that our Chat service typically receives quicker responses from our team. Additionally, during the discount season, please be aware of the following order cancellation windows:

- Extraordinary Window: 6 hours from the moment the order was placed. Applicable from November 23 to November 30. Applicable from December 21, 2023, to January 3, 2024.
- Regular Window: 12 hours from the moment the order was placed. Applicable outside the Extraordinary Window dates.
